Rad Timer v2.0 for BlackBerry 10

Version 2.0 of Rad Timer™ for BlackBerry 10 has just been released over at BlackBerry World.

With the biggest update since it’s initial release, Rad Timer v2.0 now includes a customizable clock screen, along with a whole host of improvements and additions to the stopwatch and countdown timer. Available for all BlackBerry 10 devices, and all OS 10 versions!

What’s new in v2.0:

  • Added a Clock screen to display the date and time (with support for landscape and portrait mode).
  • Timer alerts now have a volume setting.
  • Improved playback of sound alerts when a timer has finished.
  • Included a vibrate option for when a countdown timer finishes.
  • Fixed an issue where the finished timer alert didn’t always work.
  • Improved user-interface for selecting and viewing timers.
  • Added the option for flashing the LED while a timer is running.
  • Fixed blank timer name issue.
  • Added the ability to share lap times from the stopwatch screen.
  • Improved screen design, active frame, and general layouts.
  • Provided the option to have the app minimized automatically when started.
  • Included the option to automatically start the stopwatch timer.
  • Added warning when closing the app while a timer is running.

Charger Alert v3.2 for BlackBerry 10

Charger Alert v3.2 for BlackBerry 10 has been released at BlackBerry World.

Among the improvements, fixes and optimizations in this new update, there is also a trial period of the Pro features for those using the free version.

If you haven’t upgraded to the Pro version yet, now’s your chance to try it out before making the switch!

What’s new in v2.2:

  • Added the option to play an audible beep while recording, in accordance with some country/regional laws.
  • Backup & Restore now also includes user app settings.
  • Included translations for the following languages: Arabic, French, Indonesian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
  • Improved screen layout to accommodate new languages.
  • Fully updated to require a minimum of BlackBerry OS 10.3.
  • Other minor fixes, improvements and optimizations.

Designed to make managing your notifications and settings easier, Profile Manager allows you to automatically switch between your custom profiles based on schedules, calendar events and locations.

The long awaited version 2.0 of Call Recordr™ for BlackBerry 10 has been released at BlackBerry World, and now includes full background service (headless) support, as well as a whole host of new features and improvements.

Here’s what’s new in v2.0:

  • Now runs in the background (headless) when the app is closed or the device is restarted. This feature can be turned off or on in the Settings menu.

Permissions requested:

  • Device Identifying Information – used to identify the device model.
  • Phone – required to identify incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Microphone – required to record the phone calls.
  • Shared Files – required to save recordings to file.
  • Phone Call Details – used to identify phone numbers of incoming calls.
  • Contacts (optional) – to add contacts details to a recorded call.
  • Run in Background – required to allow the app to continue running when closed.

Please Note: Due to restrictions on the BlackBerry 10 platform, audio might not always record clearly. If you experience this issue, you may need to increase the volume and/or use speaker mode during calls.

Screen Snapp v2.4 for BlackBerry 10

Call Blockr v2.0 for BlackBerry 10

Version 2.0 of Call Blockr™ for BlackBerry 10 has been released at BlackBerry World, and now includes the long awaited ability to block (or only allow) specific phone numbers. This feature has only just become possible with BlackBerry OS 10.3.

Please Note: For those not using a BlackBerry Passport (or running OS 10.3), you will need to wait for the release of OS 10.3.1 for your BlackBerry device, before the Call Blockr v2.0 update is available to you at BlackBerry World.
