BlackBerry 10 apps updated for 2017

Rad Systems is pleased to announced that all our BlackBerry 10 apps have received an update for 2017. Some of these updates are maintenance releases while others introduce brand new features.

What’s new in Version 1.8:

  • Added Russian language translation.
  • Updated translations for the following languages: French, Indonesian, Spanish, Vietnamese.

Call Blockr v2.7

What’s new in Version 2.7:

  • Provided the option to password protect access to the app.
  • Editing callers in a list is now done via the context menu, by holding down the selected caller.
  • Notes can now be added to any non-contact caller in a list.
  • Displays contact’s phone number in the Received Calls list.
  • Improved data integrity and updating.
  • Improved the reliability of the background service.
  • Updated language translations.
  • Other minor fixes, improvements and optimizations.

Call Recordr v2.3

  • Provided the option to password protect access to the app.

Torch Flashlight v1.8 for BlackBerry 10

Version 1.8 of Torch Flashlight™ for BlackBerry 10 has been released over at BlackBerry World and features a new flashing light option, along with improvements, translations, and bug fixes.

What’s new in v1.8:

  • Added flashing light option (in Settings menu).
  • Included support for the new BlackBerry Classic & Leap devices.
  • Updated to be fully compatible with BlackBerry OS 10.3.
  • Improved some torch images to work better on all devices.
  • Included translations for the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
  • Improved screen layout to accommodate new languages.

Version 1.7 of Torch Flashlight for BlackBerry 10 has been released at BlackBerry World.

Quickly & easily turn on your flash light with a single touch! Torch Flashlight can now automatically switch on your flash light and minimize itself when started. Also included is support for the BlackBerry Passport to display the location of the external buttons & ports.

Here’s what’s new in v1.4:

  • Added a compass option when using the Torch Light.
  • Enable full Screen Light view by tapping on the display.
  • Remembers the last Screen Light level next time the app is started.
  • Shows the location of the device ports and external buttons.
    (Note: requires ‘Device Identifying Information’ permission.)
  • Includes support for the new BlackBerry Q5 device.
